Delivery Terms

Order can be made by post, fax, phone or e-mail.

In order to buy large quantities, we recommend personal selection in our firm in Roznov pod Radhostem.

We provide free delivery in the Czech republic, if you comply with the minimum order.

The goods can be send by post or by another delivery service PPL, DPD etc. Postal charge is calculated according to the actual tarifs, we does not charge packing costs.

At the international deliveries, we propose the optimal delivery service and calculation will be send to you for confirmation.

Deliveries outside EU are charged with custom clearance.

Within Czech republic and Slovak republic is possible cash on delivery. By other foreign orders we require payment in advance. Regular customers can arrange an invoice system.
